What does ‘i’ stand for any Apple product? | Apple's "i"

Started with Mac then iPod-mini, shuffle, nano , touch, iPad and then an iPhone and hopefully the list will go on even in future .But the most interesting fact that remains common for all apple products is an “I” associated with all the product’s name . The world’s most popular brand Apple is so famous that it quickly captures the mind of people. Whenever we hear the name of APPLE the first thing that clicks in our mind are its worldwide successful products but one thing which our mind just ignores is a commonality feature which is associated with its name that is “i”. Lets us go back when Steve jobs   released iMac in 1998, one of the slides during the release of it gives us the meaning of “i”. According to that “i” stands for “INTERNET” .
